I. Mission Richmond Neighborhood Restoration, Inc. (RNR), a 501c3 organization, seeks to stimulate the revitalization of Richmond’s historic neighborhoods through economic development, community development, citizen participation, and historic preservation.
Historic resources in Richmond are an invaluable asset to our community, and we will work to: (a) Create a positive, identifiable image of Richmond and its historic neighborhoods (b) Real Estate Development: New construction, rental properties, and the redevelopment of foreclosed, abandoned and blighted properties (c) Housing: Promotion, Preservation, Lending, and Rehabilitation (d) Community Engagement (e) Economic Development II. Organizational Structure RNR is a private not-for-profit corporation.
